7. Liability

Service provided “AS IS”. The Company’s maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for one (1) month of service. Any refund or payment will be reduced by any bank, payment-processor, or exchange fees applicable at the time of transaction.

8. Termination

We can end your access anytime. You can cancel in dashboard.

9. Law

Governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
