1. 24-Hour Money-Back Guarantee

  • Full refund if requested within 24 hours of purchase
  • Applies to new subscriptions only
  • Refunds are processed 3–5 business days

2. 50% Refund After 24 Hours

After the first 24 hours and up to 7 days from purchase, customers are eligible for a 50% refund.

After 7 days, all sales are final — this includes renewals, upgrades, and multi-month plans.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@mooncastiptv.com with the following details:

  • The email address used at signup
  • Your order number or transaction ID
  • (Optional) Reason for the refund request

4. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The user violated the Terms of Service
  • The account was terminated for abuse or misuse
  • More than 50% of the service or subscription period has been used

5. Crypto Payments

Refunds for crypto are issued in USDC & USDT (TRC20) to the original wallet.
