1. 24-Hour Risk-Free Guarantee

We offer a full money-back guarantee within the first 24 hours of your initial purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply contact our support team within 24 hours and your payment will be refunded in full — no questions asked.

This guarantee applies to new subscriptions only and does not apply to renewals, upgrades, or additional device activations.

2. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

From 24 hours up to 7 days after purchase, our team is committed to resolving any verified technical issues affecting your service experience.

If a confirmed service-related issue cannot be resolved by our support team, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

After 7 days from the date of purchase, all sales are considered final.

Bitcoin and USDC refunds are issued to the original wallet address used for payment. Due to blockchain network fees and market volatility, crypto refunds may be adjusted to reflect transaction costs at the time of processing.
