By purchasing or using a subscription sold through MoonCast, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. MoonCast operates as a third-party provider that connects customers with independent upstream IPTV providers. Please read these terms carefully before subscribing. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a subscription through MoonCast. By purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Service Description

MoonCast is a third-party reseller. We do not host, store, or transmit any streaming content. We sell access credentials issued by independent upstream IPTV providers, who own and operate the servers, content delivery, and channel lineups. Our role is limited to processing your order and delivering those credentials to your email.

Service features, available content, and channel listings are controlled entirely by the upstream provider and may change, be updated, or be removed at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel, programme, or feature. Service quality may vary depending on your device, location, internet connection speed, and other external factors beyond our control.

Account & Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the credentials delivered to you. Your subscription is for personal use only. Credentials are strictly non-transferable and may not be:

• Shared with individuals outside your household
• Resold or redistributed in any form
• Used for commercial streaming purposes
• Used to provide public access to content

Any breach of these conditions may result in immediate suspension of your access without refund.

Payments & Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected at checkout. We accept PayPal, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDC. All prices are in USD.

Some plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancelling if you no longer wish to continue.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: if the service fails on our end and we cannot fix it, you receive a full refund. Change-of-mind refunds follow a tiered structure based on time since purchase.

Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited when using a subscription purchased through MoonCast:

• Re-streaming, redistributing, or broadcasting content to any third party
• Recording content for resale or public distribution
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service
• Attempting to bypass connection limits or security measures
• Overloading or interfering with servers belonging to us or the upstream provider
• Using the service for any unlawful purpose

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Intellectual Property

All MoonCast branding, design elements, logos, and graphics on mooncastiptv.com are the property of MoonCast and cover our website and brand materials only. They do not cover any streaming content, which is owned and operated by independent upstream providers.

Unauthorised copying, reproduction, or commercial use of any part of our website is prohibited.

Third-Party Services

Because MoonCast operates as a reseller, your use of the service involves several independent third parties, including but not limited to:

• The upstream IPTV provider that issues your credentials and delivers the streams
• Payment processors used at checkout
• Media player applications such as IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, and others

We are not responsible for the content, policies, uptime, or practices of any third-party service. Use of third-party applications to access your subscription is at your own discretion.

Service Availability

While we aim to deliver a stable and continuous experience, interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, upstream provider outages, or circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability but commit to resolving issues — or escalating them to the upstream provider — as quickly as possible.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoonCast shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including any act or omission of the upstream IPTV provider.

In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your current subscription period.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle the user to a refund of any current subscription period unless covered by the Refund Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
