We do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel, programme, or feature. Service quality may vary depending on your device, location, internet connection speed, and other external factors beyond our control.

Account & Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Your subscription is for personal use only. Accounts are strictly non-transferable and may not be:

• Shared with individuals outside your household
• Resold or redistributed in any form
• Used for commercial streaming purposes
• Used to provide public access to content

Any breach of these conditions may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Payments & Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected at checkout. We accept PayPal, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDC. All prices are in USD.

Some plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancelling if you no longer wish to continue.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: if the service fails on our end and we cannot fix it, you receive a full refund. Change-of-mind refunds follow a tiered structure based on time since purchase.

Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited when using MoonCast IPTV:

• Re-streaming, redistributing, or broadcasting content to any third party
• Recording content for resale or public distribution
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service
• Attempting to bypass connection limits or security measures
• Overloading or interfering with our servers
• Using the service for any unlawful purpose

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Intellectual Property

All MoonCast IPTV branding, design elements, logos, graphics, and system architecture are the property of MoonCast IPTV. Unauthorised copying, reproduction, or commercial use of any part of our website or service is prohibited.

Third-Party Services

MoonCast IPTV interacts with third-party platforms including payment processors and media player applications. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external services. Use of third-party applications to access MoonCast is at your own discretion.

Service Availability

While we aim to provide stable and continuous access, service interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability but commit to resolving issues as quickly as possible.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoonCast IPTV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your current subscription period.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle the user to a refund of any current subscription period unless covered by the Refund Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
