After 14 days — the subscription is final. You used it, it worked.

When the Problem Is Ours — Full Refund, Keep Your Access

If MoonCast fails to deliver — server issues, channels not loading, persistent problems we cannot resolve — our support team will work with you until it's fixed. We resolve the vast majority of issues quickly.

But if we genuinely cannot fix it? You get a full refund. No time limit. No conditions.

Fourteen days is more than enough time to know if MoonCast works for your setup. After that window, you've been streaming — the subscription has done its job. This applies to new subscriptions only. Renewals and additional connections are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds.

When Refunds Don't Apply

We want to be honest with you about when we won't issue a refund:

  • Renewal payments — this policy covers initial subscriptions only
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Account suspension due to abuse or misuse
  • Change-of-mind requests after 14 days where the service is working correctly
  • Issues caused by your own device configuration that our support cannot reach
  • Disruptions caused by your ISP, regional restrictions, or your internet connection
  • Failure to verify device compatibility before purchasing

Payment Processing

PayPal refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

Bitcoin and USDC refunds are sent to the original wallet address. Due to blockchain network fees and market volatility, crypto refunds may be adjusted to reflect transaction costs at the time of processing.

How to Request a Refund

  • The email address used during purchase
  • Your order number or transaction ID
  • A brief description of your request

We process all refund requests within 24 hours of receiving them. No chasing. No waiting a week. You hear back the same day.
